Not knowing who to use to list our home we canvassed about 15 realtors to an open house on the property. We did what we could to stagger the appointments these realtors made with us. Our biggest surprise was how many realtors didn't Bother to show up or respond. About half of those invited came to the house with Karen being one of them. She impressed us from the very beginning. She knew the comps in our small community, was adept with using social media to sell our home, recommended inspiring staging ideas, knew how to use drone photography, and wanted to market our property in a number of publications.
