She goes that extra mile, then figures there are a few more miles there she could go. If Kurt or I ever had a question she was on the phone getting the answers. She bent over backwards when we threw a few curve ball at her, with some crazy family problems we had at the beginning. She worked very hard to sell our house, and to find us the perfect house. Black Hills SD, Deer Park WA, and Billings MT area. We had three different realtors for each area. Then our lender offered a program where we would get $2,000 back if we used their approved agents. We then had 6 realtors calling us. Karen was not on that approved list. After I spoke to Karen the first time, I knew she was the person who was going to help us find a home.
